We all have Chakras. Each Chakra is symbolized by a rainbow of colors. Each color represents a different body/emotion center. The colors are Red (Root), Orange (Belly), Yellow (Solar Plexus), Green (Heart), Blue (Throat), Violet (Brow) and Indigo (Crown).

Chakras can be open or closed depending on our emotional well being at the time. When our chakras are closed, we tend to get emotionally and physically challenged. By wearing Chakra colors, you are aligning yourself to be more emotionally and physically balanced. And, it helps you be more open to the positive aspects of your life.

Root Chakra

This is our will to survive and function. It is our Sense of tribe, career, home and beliefs on money. Physically, the Root Chakra allows healing to the spinal column, adrenals, kidney stones, arthritis and colon.

Garnet

This stone is all about romance and excitement. Red is always a good color for the bedroom. This stone is all about energy, enthusiasm, sex, anything that you are passionate about. This includes family, career choices, anything you want to manifest, bring the color red into the picture. This tells the universe, “your not kidding”. It gives us the sense of tribe, which gives us the instinctual and guarded feelings we have for the people we love. Some thoughts we carry that are obsessive towards our family will be balanced. Feelings of guilt we carry when we take care of ourselves first are balanced also. This is not a color to use for children’s pajamas, it will boost their energy ten fold. Physically, this stone allows healing to the blood, PMS, lungs and heart.

Hematite

This is one of my favorite stones. This stone is very grounding. It allows clarity of thoughts, organization to the mind. It will balance your mind, heart and soul. Many people have allergies to this planet, it helps relieve many symptoms. It is a protector of negative thinking, actions and obsessive behaviors. Depending on your frequency and your sensitivity to energy, it will help stabilize your energy when needed. Physically, this stone allows healing to blood and nervous disorders, it helps with arthritis and bone issues, it keeps the body cool. It is a good stone to keep under your pillow to help with sleeping.

Belly Chakra

This is our Sexual desire, harmony, joy, and care of the physical body. Physically, the Belly Chakra allows healing to the reproductive organs, sciatica and bladder.

Carnelian

I painted my jewelry room orange. What does this mean?…I wondered the same thing. This color, this stone, invokes creativity. It gave me the essence that I could and would create anything divinely. And that was my intention, so this color works for me on many levels. This stone also helps with memory, current or past lifetimes. It is very hard to stay in a bad mood when one is surrounded by the color orange. By wearing this stone, it helps with lower vibration feelings, like jealousy, anger and fear. The energy of this color creates and manifest’s one’s vocation, desires and dreams. Physically, this stone allows healing to kidney and kidney related problems, helps cells and tissue growth, gall stones, allergies and colds.

Orange Calcite

This stone has many of the qualities as the Carnelian stone. It is a wonderful energy stone. It is wonderful to use to stay on task and help with negative feelings you might be harboring that won’t allow you to move forward. It will enhance your intuitiveness. There are many colors to the calcite stone, but the major emphasis of the stone is reducing stress, protection, and to feel and be more centered. When we put all those amenities together, you will feel more at peace and will be able to receive all that is good for you. You will now invite what it is you are ready to create. This is why Calcite is used for mediation and insight of self. This stone comes in many colors, and they all can be used to balance all of your chakras. Physically, this stone allows healing of back pain and of course, increases physical strength. But the orange calcite reduces fatigue, and, my favorite, it increases psychic abilities.

Solar Plexus

This is our willpower and self worth, confidence, making clear choices. Physically, the Solar Plexus Allows healing to the adrenals, nervous system, digestive system and pancreas.

Citrine

This stone brings allowance of success. It also works with abundance in many avenues of life, but mainly with business. They call this stone the "success" stone. It enhances confidence, will power, and happiness. The solar plexus is used in conjunction with your throat chakra. When we combine these forces, this creates love and that opens up a divine universe. A divine universe gives us protection, heals us with our own love and withdraws all self doubt from our awareness. Physically, this stone allows healing of our emotional state, depression, mood swings. It also helps with nightmares. Digestion will be benefited by this stone also.

Heart Chakra

This is our Center of compassion, forgiveness, family issues. Physically, the Heart Chakra Allows healing to the heart, lungs, arms and thymus.

Peridot

This stone is used to create peace and balance to our heart chakra. On a monetary note, it releases issues relating to money, and abundance. When we allow gratitude to be the number one avenue to all of our creation, the universe cannot help but give you everything you want and desire. That is as long as it is for your best and highest value of life. Create and persuade yourself to be compassionate to yourself and others. Love is the only way that can happen. And love, comes from the heart. This is why so many ailments are centered on the woman’s breast and the man’s heart. This stone is helpful when you lose things, remember, all we have to do is ask, and when asked, we are always answered. You will have a remarkable enhancement of intuition. This stone has a peaceful energy, and it will not create havoc for when change is coming. It knows when your intentions are ready and willing. Bless your relationships with the feeling the stone gives you. Remove all feelings that create heaviness in your heart, mind and soul. Know that the heaviness feeling is not the intention of this stone and honor that. Physically, this stone allows healing of stomach/ulcer issues and heart issues. It can and will slow down your aging process.

Rose Quartz

This is a stone of unconditional love. It feels so settling when worn. This is my favorite for love of self, warmth and comfort. It creates a gentleness of thought and action towards other people, and those people towards you. It raises your vibration to open your heart as much as you desire. You can allow it to open as much as you want, but remember, too much can create problems too. Keep enough of yourself, your heart, for you. When it is open too much, we tend to give out to others because it is easier to give out love then to receive. That might be your lesson when wearing this stone. Your intentions will allow the stone to create whatever is needed for your body, soul and mind at this time. Your intentions always change, so will the necklace’s intention. This stone will protect you, your family, and anybody that is a part of your tribe. Women wear this stone while pregnant and during childbirth for protection and comfort.

Jade

This stone is for the heart too. It has a lot of the same qualities as the Rose Quartz, but many people feel a significant difference because of the outdoor nature aspect of the color. Jade brings more peace of heart, peace of nature, peace of all things. Yes, it is still related to the heart chakra, but some of use need peace when it comes to love. It still has all the same benefits of the Rose Quartz when it comes to relationships, it just adds some clarity of what involved is hurting or making us strong within that relationship. It also magnifies your love qualities with your generosity which brings forth more friendly people to your universe. Physically, this stones allows healing to your kidneys, immune systems, lung problems and nervous system. If you noticed, the heart chakra stones are very powerful physically and emotionally. I always keep a jade stone in my left pocket for safe keeping.

Aventurine

This stone is said to be one of peace. It is good for creation, no matter what the area is. It will help with the creative flow, the clarity and the imagination needed to do the project. This stone, like jade, is a soft, tender stone that helps with balance of life and happiness. Gives you the awareness of how you can create different outcomes to what needs to be changed. It creates purpose when it comes to prosperity. Prosperity has the tendency to give the receiver reason to doubt their worth, if we allow purpose for the prosperity, we seem to allow the money to flow to us easier. It also helps one to see alternatives and potentials in all situations, giving a positive outlook, courage and inner strength. Aventurine is a stone of true friendship that we all desire. Physically, this stone allows healing of the blood, headaches, and the circulatory flow of our bodies. It also helps with headaches.

Throat Chakra

This is our Center of communication. When we look up into the blue sky, our ideas and endeavors look endless, our names and labels we put on ourselves diminish. You will allow your needs to be met through voice and intention of your choices. Physically, the Throat Chakra allows healing to a sore throat, mouth, and thyroid.

Lapis (Lapis Lazuli)

This stone is associated with the throat and brow chakras and can help one say just the right thing, as if by magic. It can allow you your inner power, help with truthfulness and with shyness. It will also give you steps to help with intuition if you so desire. What you speak you can create and manifest. Speak your desires, speak your willingness to move forward in awareness of your current surroundings as well as your current state of mind and body. Settle yourself with peace of the blue sky, allow your angels and guides to communicate with you as easy as calling them on the phone. Physically, Lapis is helpful in healing sinus problems, the nervous system, stuttering, pituitary gland, headaches, and general relief of any pain.

Sodalite

Can be used for both Throat and Crown Chakra. This stone is another good one for communication. It is great to be used in groups for wonderful new ideas. It creates mindful and exacting thoughts to help with efficiency, logic and truth about oneself or others. Bring it when honesty is necessary for all concerned. The universe will take that action as a queue to bring forth everybody necessary to fix or repair what the concern is. It will bring thoughtful choice words to your vocabulary, allow it to take the worry from you and give it to the universe to be handled in the divine order it was conceived in. Physically, it allows healing for the digestive system, insomnia, and colds.

Brow Chakra 3rd Eye

This is the Center of intuition and insight. Brings to us our wisdom to fruition and allows our psychic abilities to transform. Physically, the Brow Chakra allows healing to the pituitary glands, metabolism, hormones, eyes and sinus.

Yttrian Fluorite

Yttrian Fluorite, also called Yttrium Fluorite or lavender fluorite is an unusual form of purple fluorite. This stone is used to ground your ideas for manifestation. It creates our dreams to come to realization. This is a stone that helps with meditation and with clarity of our soul’s purpose. Fluorite is calming to the physical body which allows our spirits to work with us much easier. We can feel and sense our divine beings work at a pleasurable pace instead of working too hard. We understand how to balance the two more effectively. Yttrian fluorite is related to the heart, third eye and crown chakras.

Crown Chakra

This is the Center of sense of the divine, holistic principles, deeply connect with spiritual ideas. Physically, the Crown Chakra allows healing to the pineal, body clock, skin, cerebral cortex, insomnia.

Amethyst

Amethyst allows us to use our energy for stability, peace, calmness, balance, courage and inner strength. On our divine level, amethyst helps to open communication with angels, and with other intuitive abilities. Exceptional for meditation, pass life recall and, helps you to see your path. It can bring a sense of well being and happiness.

Physically, the grand-daddy of stones in my opinion, helps with insomnia, arthritis, immune system deficiencies, pain relief, circulatory system problems, endocrine system, wonderful for any kind of addictions that are encumbering your life, headaches, and general healing.

Clear Quartz Crystal

Clear Crystals are the all-mighty stones of healers. They magnify and intensify our thoughts and intentions. It is perfection. It purifies, balances harmonizes the body. Our physical body elates with these feelings that this crystal exudes. Your job is to allow its magnificence to rapture you in the light that it creates for you. Put all worries, thoughts, guilt, dreams, fears and so on and so on into the light of this crystal. This stone will enhance your energy for anything you can create. This stone will protect you from anything YOU can create. Clear quartz, as opposed to colored quartz, is associated with the crown chakra, but also works well on all chakras.
